You will need 2 packages of Crackalacka Pumpkin spice cracker seasoning. Make one package into crackers as directed on package. After crackers have set as directed on package crush about 40 crackers in food processor and add 1 1/2 cups of pecans. Grind with crackers until fine. Add 4 tabs of butter and blend until it starts to cling together. Press into spring form pan. In mixer cream two 8 oz packages of cream cheese. Add 1 pkg of pumpkin spice seasoning, 1/2 tsp of vanilla, cream together and add 2 eggs (with 1 cup of canned pumpkin) and mix until just mixed (don't over do it). Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Let cool and then chill in fridge for 3 hours. (I put a pan in the oven with some water in it when baking the cake. It helps keep it from cracking).
