Sassy Green Sauce Recipes



Mix 1 pkg of Sassy Green Sauce with 1 box of beer bread ( mix as directed on box) add 3/4 C. grated cheese. Pour 3Tlbs. melted butter on top, bake @ 375 for 50 to 55 minutes. Serve warm

For the tastiest Burger mix 1 pkg. of Sassy Green Sauce with 1 C. Mayonnaise, ( mix day before serving) serve with Monterrey Jack Cheese, lettuce, and tomato. This mixture is also great for turkey burgers, wraps, and sandwiches. Bon Appetite!!

1package of Sassy Green Sauce
1C. Mayonnaise
8 Eggs ( boiled)

In bowl mix the sassy green sauce with the mayonnaise set aside
Next peel the shells off of the eggs and slice in half long way, take the yolk out and mash it up and add to the sassy green sauce mixture, then add a spoon full to each egg half, and serve. Delish! 

1 8oz. Cream Cheese
1 C. Shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese
1 Pkg. Sassy Green Sauce
12 Slices Fully Cooked Bacon
Mix: Cream Cheese, Sassy Green Sauce, Shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese ( set aside)
Cut Jalapeño,s length wise in halves and de seed.
Stuff the jalapeños with the cheese mixture, wrap the stuffed jalapeño with bacon, place on the top shelf of the hot grill until done.

1/2 lb. ( 2 sticks) Butter softened
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 package Sassy Green Sauce
Mix the butter, olive oil, and the package of sassy green sauce together

8 ears of Corn with shucks left on.
Preparation: Soak ears of corn for 45 minutes in cold water, once out of the cold water, fold back the shucks and de-silk each one. Apply the Sassy Butter to corn and fold the shucks over the buttered corn, place on hot grill (bottom shelf) until done. Absolutely the best corn ever. " I bet you can't eat just one"

2 Pkg. Two Sisters At Home Sassy Green Sauce Mix
2 Sticks of unsalted butter
2 Tbsp olive oil
Mix 1 pkg of sassy green sauce with 2 sticks of butter and 2 Tbsp of oil until melted (set aside)
1 Cup Jasmine Rice ( cook as directed)
Mix 1 pkg of sassy green sauce with rice
1 Can Black Beans ( rinsed )
When done add 1 can of rinsed black beans stir in rice mixture
In skillet add olive oil and sear tilapia on both sides till done
Plate the rice mixture and place tilapia on rice with melted sassy butter poured over tilapia

Pre heat oven 350*
1 pkg. Two Sisters At Home Sassy Green Sauce
1 Can mild chopped green Chillies
11/2 lb. ground chuck
1 Med. onion- chopped
11/2 lb. Monterey Jack Cheese
11/2 lb. Cheddar Cheese
1 Pkg. corn tortillas
1 sm. Jar Chopped Pimentos
1 lb. Velveeta

Cook meat w/ chopped onions, until done to your taste. Drain set aside

Prepare Sassy Cheese Sauce
3 C ( 1/2 Qt. milk)
1lb. Monterey Cheese
1lb. Velveeta
1 pkg. Two Sisters At Home Sassy Green Sauce
Over heat cook and keep stiring ( keep from scorching) until melted then add Chillies and 1 sm jar of pimentos. Stir - set aside

Stuff corn tortillas with crumbled meat mixture, sprinkle shredded cheese and wrap into a roll, place in casserole dish, once all the meat rolls are placed, pour the sassy green cheese sauce over all , and sprinkle the rest of the cheddar cheese on top and place in 350* oven, and bake until bubbling. 

In 1 1/2 cup of mayo, mix 1 package of Sassy Green Sauce put in fridge (Good to do an hour ahead of time). Peel and cube 6 yukon potatoes, boil until just done. Rinse with cold water, let drain. Slice (thick) a small vidalia onion and 3 to 4 red mini sweet peppers, slice in half and take out seeds.  Coat onion and peppers with olive oil and grill just enought to get grill marks, chop and add to potato. Add 3 to 4 boiled eggs (chopped) and bacon bits (one tablespoon). Add your sassy green mayo and mix and keep in fridge until ready to serve. 

Mix together 1 pkg. Sassy Green Sauce with 2 Sticks of Softened Butter and 2 Tbls. of Olive Oil

With a 12Lb.Turkey.. lift skin away from the meat and place the Sassy Butter between the skin and the meat...Lay the skin down on the meat and rub oil, salt and pepper on top of the skin.Place the Turkey into a cooking bag (as Directed) and bake until done.
(Save Broth and Gibblets for Hot and Sassy Dressing and Sassy Gibblet Gravy) 

In Sauce Pan add about 3 Cups of Sassy Turkey Broth, add Chopped Roasted Red Bell Pepper...2 boiled Eggs diced and diced gibblets.Bring to a boil and add 1/2 Cup of Broth with 2 heaping Tbls.of Corn Starch mix it in to Thicken the gravy.
